“The Beav” is the oldest continuously-owned family ski resort in the United States. Because the mountain’s slopes are east-facing (and entirely dependent on natural snowfall), Beaver Mountain typically opens a bit later in the year than other resorts.

The staff are friendly, good variety of runs, great snow, and good prices on lifts, rentals, and food.
